CoinDesk Joins Bullish Group in November 2023

In November 2023, CoinDesk, an award-winning media outlet known for its coverage of the cryptocurrency industry, was acquired by the Bullish group. Bullish is a regulated digital assets exchange and is majority-owned by Block.one, a company with substantial investments in blockchain and digital assets, including Bitcoin. Despite the acquisition, CoinDesk will maintain its journalistic independence by operating as an independent subsidiary with an editorial committee in place. CoinDesk employees, including journalists, may receive options in the Bullish group as part of their compensation. The update also includes changes to the privacy policy, terms of use, cookies, and the “do not sell my personal information” clause.
