HTX Ventures Invests in Lombard to Transform Bitcoin Into a Productive Financial Asset
SINGAPORE, July 8, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — HTX Ventures, the global investment arm of cryptocurrency exchange HTX, has announced a strategic investment in Lombard, a restaking protocol designed to enhance Bitcoin’s liquidity and utility within the Web3 ecosystem. Lombard converts Bitcoin from a static store of value into a yield-bearing asset through its LBTC token, which facilitates seamless movement across decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms without compromising security.
